Experience some of the elements of the ISMETA approved training, that draws on Infant Movement Development, Somatic Psychology, Experiential Anatomy and Authentic Movement. Explore how the IBMT approach uses movement, hands-on techniques and reflective practices to support integration for our selves and others. 

The workshops below are for those interested in joining the Diploma Training on the Embodied Anatomy & Movement Repatterning module, that starts in Autumn 2025. It is also open to those who have a general interest in somatic work and the IBMT approach.

If you are intending applying for the module starting in September, and haven’t worked with us before, please attend a workshop sooner rather than later and then follow this with your application. Places on the Module are limted.

Workshops with Linda Hartley 

Linda offers occasional workshops and retreats for personal and professional development, including the Discipline of Authentic Movement, Embodiment of Spirit — an embryological journey, and a series of workshops for women: Woman, Body, Earth and Spirit.
